"We had met Bettina Marksteiner 2008, after we had bought a Trullo in Ostuni. What we lacked was someone who cares about interior design and the overall design of the exterior. This organizing this from Germany would have been impossible. It took Bettina. She impressed us not only with her keen sense of good design and its high quality standards, but also so that we felt in safe hands with her.

Our clients' Stefan and Nicola are long standing clients, with 3 houses already built through Villa in Puglia. These were built during 2008 and 2009 on one big plot in the area of ostuni, where we arranged all the interior design, gardens, pergolasand pools, along with all areas of the build including bathrooms, kitchen living rooms, etc.

Stefan and Nicola contacted us again with the wish to buy and build another holiday home for investment. The brief was to find land suitable to construct a property to sleep at least 4 (+ 2) people, with indoor living spaces, serviced outside living and a secure swimming pool for children. As ever, we showed stefan around various sites we had on our books, until the perfect one was found.

The resulting building is now a beautiful 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk in showers , large kitchen and internal living space (with further 2 beds on a walled sofa), outside kitchen and living area, complete with sofa-style comfortable seating with beach pool area.
